All estimates and quotes provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Quotes are based on the information you provide and our initial assessment. Final pricing may be adjusted if project scope changes or unforeseen conditions are discovered during work.
Payment Terms
Payment schedules will be outlined in your project contract. Typically, we require a deposit to secure your project start date, with progress payments due at agreed milestones, and final payment due upon completion. We accept various payment methods as specified in your contract.
Project Timeline
We provide estimated timelines for each project based on scope, weather conditions, and material availability. While we strive to meet all deadlines, timelines may be affected by factors beyond our control, including weather delays, permit processing, and supply chain issues.

Cancellations and Changes

Property Access
You agree to provide safe and clear access to the work area for our team and equipment. You are responsible for securing pets and protecting personal belongings in the work area. We will take reasonable care to protect your property during construction.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the terms specified in your project contract. We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our business operations. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.
Dispute Resolution
If any disputes arise, we encourage direct communication to reach a fair resolution. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through discussion will be handled according to the dispute resolution process outlined in your project contract and governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with the effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
